The canyons that feed into Meacham Creek in the Umatilla National Forest are alluring and mysterious. What they hide, only the animals know–one of which was a cougar whose scat you can see in the last two pictures. This area is labeled Owsley Ridge on the maps. Access is off of I84, the Mt Emily Summit Road.
